3/4 of the parking lot is reserved parking, so almost all of the free parking spaces will be full at any time. Figure on paying $18 and you'll be prepared.
As of Feb. 15, 2020 there are 190 parking spots and more than half are reserved which means they should change from so many charge for parking to free so ar least people would want to come in and spend money in the store.
Half the spaces are reserved parking, and yes you will be paying to park in the reserved spaces. The others in the center are free but usually full.
At some in southern California you do but you can find a place on the street to park for free
