There is a lot of boat renting. All in that area. Not necessarily at the park though. Google Delaware Water Gap boat rental and you'll get several rental places right in the area.

But it is all canoes, kayaks and tubes. No power boat rentals.
Most are in and around shawnee PA. Or marshall out of one of the resorts like great wolf lodge.
