It depends on the trail you use and the type of stroller you have. The McDade trail is just fine for any type of jogging stroller.

There are so many trails, a stroller is not recommended. In some areas that are not uphill a jogging stroller may work. Down Rt 209, one side of the trails along River Rd and McDade are paved.

Hiking trails definitely not the mansion you can hike around there are some nice Trails that are macadam
