I have been trying to charge my phone to no avail. I assume I need a new battery. Do the local Verizon stores sell batteries, and how much do they cost? Will the store install the new battery for you?

What phone do you have? Most new phones don't have removable batteries. Also I don't think Verizon would do a battery swap for non removable batteries.
