I had an issue with my Verizon account that no one on the support line was able to help me fix. This went on for a month of being transferred, Waiting for call backs and reps passing me off to other departments. I went to this store today and Carlita was able to help me get this issue sorted out. She was very helpful and clearly cared to help. Would recommend!

Horrible, told me that I had to go online and buy. After I bought the phone, they never sent me an email telling me my credit card did not process. So a month later no phone and I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve issue. Might be time to get a new carrier since they don’t seem to care about the customer. I tried calling the store and got the same wait, wait. I’m done! This inexcusable. I have been a loyal customer for years but this BS!

The Fleet Street store is very good with technical issues. They will let you know what you need and get you sorted out or steer you in the right direction.
