My husband and I came into the store earlier tonight to upgrade my phone and switch me over to AT&T from Verizon wireless. Even though the employees were busy helping other customers, we were still acknowledged by an employee not long after we came into the store and were asked what we needed assistance with. Shortly after, Amanda helped us and was able to get me switched over to a new phone in less than an hour! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had and was super professional and very kind! I’m so happy with my AT&T experience so far and will be returning to this location if I ever need to!

Jasmine (Jae) helped me with getting my new phone and a few extra goodies. Love my new water bottle it can also charge my phone. Amazing. The location was clean. I qas kindof in and out because I knew what I wanted. Will return to the same location when its time for a new phone again. My bottle is black but that was the packaging for it.

We have been using the AT&T store in white marsh mall for many years. We always have a friendly experience with great customer service. This isn’t the closest store to us but no need to go elsewhere.
