My car was towed here after a collision, where it sat for ELEVEN days without even being looked at. I’m a home health nurse and depend on my vehicle, communication was horrible so I had it moved to another shop who did excellent work. Lithia has lost a customer all around, will never buy from them again and will never use this service ever again either.

They are busy and the appointment had to be booked a week out but there is a reason... these guys have accurate valuations. Update: cut my damage valuation by something crazy like 40 percent when they were contacted by liberty mutual (i guess they have a contract with them or something?). This in turn made liberty mutual reduce their offer from 4600 to 2500. Basically i am facing having to litigate or take a 2000 loss on damages because they valuate damage substantially less for big insurance companies. Do yourself and the world a favor and find a company who isn't essential a proxy for big insurance.
