Can I ride there early in the morning. Around 8am. It's says that the Park open at 10am?

The Visitor Center opens at 10 AM but the park is open dawn to dusk everyday. You'll find the restrooms automatically open at 6 AM as well.

You should have no issues riding earlier than 10am.

Yes but I would doubt that the rest rooms would open..last I was there 3 weeks ago I was there at 6am.
