I do not recommend this place unless you have all the time in the world. The customer service was terrible. When the lady was getting my order she couldn’t remember what was on the order so she kept looking at the screen for extended periods of time every 3 minutes. We waited for a half hour just to order our food and then we had to wait for another half hour just to get our food. They were so slow it seemed like they had to go catch and butcher the animals before they could fry them. Again I do not recommend this place unless you have all the time in the world.

Waited in line a very long time. They only had one person on the register inside and she was new (first day) . Not sure why they would choose to put a new person as the only one on the front line during the lunch rush. I ordered a new menu item - the sweet heat chicken sandwich. Had honey, bacon and what appeared to be fried pickle slices on the sandwich. Unfortunately what I got was a plain spicy chicken sandwich, and it was nothing special. As a matter of fact it was kind of soggy instead of crispy. Needless to say I was hugely disappointed. We were on a road trip so I didn't realize they had given me the wrong sandwich until we were back on the road. Even so, it took so long to get what I got, I wasn't willing to waste more time by going back. All in all, less than mediocre visit.

This is an absolutely average burger joint. Many people would find their menu quite palatable as well as moderately satisfying. The chicken sandwich I ate was served with very average french fries and a quite cold Diet Coke which was very wet which is to expected of a soft drink.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's. The wait times for the drive through are always very long. The inside isn't even open to go in and order. Went last Saturday hours after they opened only to find they were closed. Due to staffing calling off. Went again this evening again closed. This time they at least had a sign on the drive-through due to staffing. This Wendy's has been terrible way before covid. On a regular basis I'd say they get the order WRONG 9 out of 10 times. Unfortunately there are no other Wendy's close so this is my only option. They also have good food so it sucks the service is so TERRIBLE!

Judy we are horribly understaffed currently normally person for drive thru is doing everything but making the food
