I'm not sure....you would have to call the park office...they have a diverse amount of trees already but maybe some fruits trees for the wildlife would be great an a suggestion !

Legally, probably not. But it never hurts to ask the park authorities!

No but the Tyler Arboretum is within the vicinity, you may be able to plant trees there.
