I never been to this State Park so i was wondering is there closing times to the park ? Is it free ? Can i just go up there to hang in the wood n hike w friends ?

Yes you can go up there, there is no charge. All parks close at sunset. It is a big park so becareful i have almost got lost on some of the trails and cell service is limited at best.

Open 7am to 7pm Free admission, picnic areas and plenty of hiking trails.
