I'm not sure. And I don't think you can. Mostly families with children and their pets go their. There is a creek but rocks and sand on the sides. It's muddy but most folks get their feet wet and take a dip in the water. Trails are have deep slopes and hills. Lots of walking.
Actually, yes you can fish there. There's even a fishing pier to help. However there are also a lot of trails with a path leading down to the creek. You can't fish everywhere but there are quite a few places that you can throw line.
