The third you fail and were able to provide repair receipts showing you have had it checked out by licensed mechanics, they'd waive inspection and grant you some amnesty of sort

Don't know why you would take it back for the second time. When they give you a list of the reasons why it failed. And I believe if it cost more than 500 dollars. They will give you an extension
