Pharmacy here is useless and lazy to the point of not even willing to call the hospital to sort out medication. Would not recommend and will be trying a different place after using the substandard customer service here for the last 2 years.

Stopped by before work to purchase a plan b pill. Went to the front to have the antitheft container opened and the woman says it’s against her religion so she needs to get someone else to open it. The security guard she gets doesn’t know how to open the container so they are both fumbling around trying to open it. While waiting for that the self checkout line gets held up so the women starts checking ppl out at the register. I stand in line and when I get to the register the woman has a problem checking me out so I go back to the self checkout line and the printer is broken so I have to wait for them to troubleshoot that. I just wanted to get in and get out discreetly and it was a spectacle instead. I respect everyone’s religion, but it’s unacceptable for me to have this issue at the pharmacy where birth control and plan bs are sold.

This cvs has one of the worst pharmacies I have ever encountered, I have been hung up on and put on hold so long I just gave up .And I called the corporate office and when they called the same thing happened to them as well. I put in a prescription a month ago and still haven't received it ,they are rude the staff as well as the pharmacist they are pass unprofessional they are PATHETIC!!!!
