When I first started getting my prescriptions at Walgreens, I never had any problems. It seems this Walgreens gets worse every time I go to get a prescription, the wait is terrible, they don’t have enough help back there! I’m seriously considering transferring my prescriptions to CVS. Most of the people who work there are courteous & friendly. I would hope they will hire more help.

if i could give no stars, I would! Pharmacist Nick is terrible! Refused to fill my prescription despite the doctor calling him, and told me to go to CVS even though Walgreens is the only pharmacy that has the medication in stock. They also don't amswer the phone when you call and when you do finally get in touch with them, they hang up. Always waiting at least 30-40 minutes when I call - and for no help!!

This Walgreen's is open 24 hours a day and very convenient. However, over the last year their level of service has dropped considerably. The lines are always long and the wait times for calls even longer. I running to issues getting my medicines refilled and am constantly receiving incorrect notifications by email and text. Wish they were better

This Walgreens is the worst. I've had non stop issues since moving to this area and using this Walgreens. I'm switching pharmacies after using Walgreens in other locations for 20+ years. The line takes like 40 min, and then you have to make sure to check your prescription right there Because it's almost always wrong. They don't follow what their app says. And the customer service is terrible. It's ridiculous.
