This is the worst cvs ever. They never answer the phone. Been trying to get my rx transferred to another pharmacy. The new pharmacy as well as my doctor office and they still didn't answer the phone. Wish I had a number to call to report them!

I agree with the other negative reviews. Though my experience was not as bad with horrible wait times, etc., I went for a drive thru PCR test and was met with a lot of rudeness and lack of instruction from the woman “helping” me. She grew frustrated after one question and was incredibly short for absolutely no reason. They gave literally no verbal/paper instruction or information at all for the test I was taking (which I was not familiar with, hence the question). The woman I was working with should not be in a position where customer service is of importance.
