Giants was very nice customer service was good they were nice and swift with service my mom and my grandson was with me so it was a good experience. My.mom plucked my nerve more then my grandson but all was well everyone got what they needed

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the pharmacy at this location on 5/2/22. I was attempting to have a prescription filled, and my intent was to use Good RX to help mitigate the cost. It had been several hours since my doctor called in the prescription, but I hadn't heard anything from the pharmacy. So I called at around 7:15 pm, and was told it would be ready in an hour. Wanting to make sure I gave them plenty of time, I arrived an hour and half later at 8:45 PM. The first thing they told me when I arrived was that they don't accept Good RX. When I asked why, they could only tell me that Good RX has been used for too many controlled substances, and couldn't explain further. I asked if that was Giant's policy, and they said no, it's just that particular location's policy. Please note that I have NEVER had an issue using Good RX at any other pharmacy in Baltimore. So I had to pay $100 for my medication, instead of the $30 I was expecting. On top of that, the pharmacist informed me that my prescription wasn't ready yet. Bear in mind, by this point, it was nearly 9:00, which is when the pharmacy closes. When I asked why I was told it would be ready in an hour, the pharmacist only kept repeating "Yeah I don't know who told you that." There were exactly TWO other people working there, so clearly it was one of them, and clearly they need to be given a modicum of training if they're misinforming customers like that. But the pharmacist made no apology whatsoever, and didn't even act like she particularly cared. And somehow, like magic, she was able to get my prescription filled within minutes after I complained. Until the staff at this store start showing the most basic level of customer service, I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

Western Union opens when doors open at this Giant. However, availability of cash in the register may affect pickups. Sending Money, or similar transactions are available as soon as Customer Services open.
