why is there a problem to cancel membership at the eastover location the employees are rude and refuse to cancel membership WHY

When I started my membership, the employees was not rude to me and til this day they still aren't. They are very nice and polite to me and my guest that I bring with me

I've never had an issue with the staff, if it's a year membership you might not be able to

They haven't been given proper training
