Decent amount of space, fairly clean. My main issue is the leg extension and leg curl machines are always broken. There are 2 of each and usually only one of the 4 machines is working. So frustrating. Please fix.

This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to! There is a big variety of equipment and it’s all easy to use! It is clean, friendly, and I appreciate the judgment free zone! I highly recommend Planet Fitness to everyone!

This use to be the best gym in Md. but now its just plain disgusting. If i could give it no stars, I would. Very unclean. Showers smell badly. Most of the equipment is broken. Lockers are inoperable. Equipment not being stored and trash everywhere. This place is in keeping with the dramatic urban changes in the PG area and embracing it sadly. Very unsafe.

I go to this gym because it’s convenient. My issues are that there are several broken machines in the gym, ellipticals without cupholders and multiple lockers in the locker room with non-working locks. There is at least one machine that has been broken since I joined in June of 2021. Out of five stair steppers only two of them were operational this past Saturday. That’s very frustrating. Oftentimes I go to another location in Alexandria or the surrounding area just to get a better experience.

Hey Charles. The annual fee is an account maintenance fee to provide our members with a Judgement Free fitness experience. Unlike monthly membership dues, the annual fee is not deferred during a membership freeze. Moving forward, the date by which you must pay your annual fee will revert back to its original date. Please contact your home club directly for any questions or concerns related to billing.
When I started my membership, the employees was not rude to me and til this day they still aren't. They are very nice and polite to me and my guest that I bring with me
They want a bank account only (pretty much) because the way tge payments are withdrawn from your account, your bank can not stop it no matter how many times they attempt to withdraw tge funds. For example, I just moved, and I admit I've been over spending, but when I went to deposit funds in my account, it was a negative 105.00 because they tried to withdraw the membership fee 3 times (35.00 each time) within 9 days and to top it off, I went to pay my monthly dues inside the gym... Well... My 20.00 monthly fee was 35.00 because I was charged an extra 15.00 for service fee and insufficient funds. I know it was my fault that I didn't have the funds when the original payment was due, and I could understand the one 35.00 fee charged by my credit union, but how unfair is it that Planet Fitness constantly dug me further in a hole. I end up paying 140.00 in less than 2 weeks time frame for a 20.00 membership fee??? Excuse my French, but that ish was out of line!!! Gold's gym 10.00 monthly

Unfortunately we dont have a sauna. We have 2 total body enhancement chambers, 2 tanning beds , 2 tanning chambers and 4 hydro massage beds. Accompanied by an awesome staff so come on in!
For $10/month, you can only use the gym you select or visit when signing up and no spa room; $22/month to use any location in the US with spa/small discounts when purchasing drinks or merchandise. You also pay an annual membership fee which varies depending on when you sign up.
