Hmmm. I don't remember ordering the Sisig.. The food in this place is awesome. If you want to go to a place that is known for their Sisig. Go to Mama Fina's. David branch in New York City now.
It's very good! Perfect textures both soft & crispy in each bite. Good level of spiciness with lemon to cut the fat in the dish
