I’ll let my haircut speak for itself. I can include the whole haircut but I think this is enough. Had to go somewhere else to fix it. I'm very sorry to hear your unhappy with the service we provided. Did you call the salon to have it readjusted before posting? We strive to do the best we can but in the event a guest is unhappy we do offer a generous redo/refund policy. If you come back within 7 days we'd be happy to make any adjustments you'd like to correct the situation at no cost. However, since it appears you went elsewhere instead of reaching back out to us to readjust it we can offer you a full service refund instead. Diane we are open and are accepting appointments both online and via the SUPERCUTS Mobile App in addition you can call the Salon and they will book you an appointment over the phone. Walk ins are always welcome.
