My family went from Monday to Wednesday and we didn't experience any racism. I cannot speak for everyone's experience, but I would hate for it to be the case.
You should call customer relations and give them the opportunity to research and make good with you, venting here your frustration against an entity for the mistreatment of an employee will not help you.
I never experienced racist treatment there before.
