Upon checking in the refrigerator was not in working order. The room is very hot the air conditioner I had to take apart and clean myself it was so dirty it would not even work the manager promised me for cleaning it he would give me a cot for free for one night but never credited my account. The only thing that was good about it was the pool for my grandchildren. The breakfast was okay the eggs were powdered the home fries left a lot to be desired and there was a bit of a smell

Agreed with many reviews posted here. We really wish we had checked reviews before our stay. We presumed based on the reputation of other Best Western we have stayed before, which were good. -The location is great, especially to the places we needed access. -The public areas were unclean, piled garbage by bins, dried coffee spillage stains on floors, tables dirty with same garbage on it from day before. Public computer desk and area in lobby corner filthy needed dusting, wiping and cleaning. -Upon checkin to the room, it had mildew curtain, food remnants needed proper vacuuming, slow flow sink (changed rooms but it was the same), loud mini fridge. However sheets were clean. -The staff was friendly, but need proper training in service and hospitality; especially re 10 and 5 rule. -Chose room for fireplace only to find out after checkin, the fireplace was no longer functioning. And it snowed during our visit, it would have been a nice amenity. -The place seemed short staffed -Had discrepancy with bill and difficulty in rectifying. -Definitely not Best Western standard. -The value for room was fair, offered grab and go bags for breakfast, which is basic fruit cups, fruit juice and granola bars. -We would not recommend this location, unless training and cleanliness are improved. -Didn’t make sense sharing with staff, it seemed a lot was lacking in training and resources. We really hope these comments help the location to improve tremendously.

If you can stand to be in a smokers lounge then you will be fine. It's non smoking but it's constantly people smoking near door which comes back into hotel and into the rooms. No cleaning staff during your stay. Beds are super small and squishy and uncomfortable. Not as clean as it should be. NEVER AGAIN.

This was actually one of the worst hotels I’ve experience….. I booked this room for my son while we went to Kalahari, the night we got their the electricity went out my room was extremely cold and we couldn’t flush the toilet or even brush our teeth, called down to management and was told it would be back running in 15 mins Every hour we called. The fully size breakfast consist of a V8 splash drink and a cup of fruit. And my room has dirty bedding but per normal I brought my own bedding from home. Never returning here again

No hot tub but there is a 5 foot deep pool that is heated..the pool is indoors . there is a lift to put wheelchair people in the pool
Yeah the family reunions in the Poconos and had booked a room at the Days Inn we got to the room and the room was very unsatisfied moldy smell in the carpet so we decided not to stay it was late in the afternoon so we called the Best Western Poconos Plus they had one room left make special accommodations for us and I really appreciated that because I'm on oxygen and there's no way I could have stayed in our previous room I would recommend Best Western Plus to any of my family and friends is a first-class Hotel the staff is first class
No I don't really know but I do know that the Baymont is. That's on route 611 in bartonsville, pa
