We had an early time slot on a Saturday. When we got there, the printers were down for tickets and it took some extra time to pick them up. Once we got into the snowtubing area there was a lot of waiting. Only one of the 2 sides were open and this caused significant waiting at the top of the hill. There were no directions for how to sit in the tubes, no safety guidelines posted anywhere. It was icy and and we had multiple injuries in our party that could have been avoided if there were any guidelines posted. In our 2 hour time window, our group was able to go down about 4 times each. They have a food truck there and some seating with fire pits. It's a quick walk from the parking lot to the tubing area. For the number of trips we got, it wasn't worth the money we paid. If both sides were open it might have been a different experience.

It was a fun day for both the parents and kids. However, I do wish the time started from the time you entered the gate rather than the ticketed time. We didn't realize it and lost 23 minutes of our time. Then, the waiting time for the higher slope is like 20 minutes per slide. We went with the lower one on the left, which was much faster. This is for the noon time slot.

It's really fun, but it's very crowded today. Maybe got down 8 times or so in 2 hours. If it were less crowded it would be a lot better.

Camelback was a great experience. It was efficient to get to and parking lot is close by. Parking is $12 per car. The tickets for us cost $55 each for a two hour slot so make sure you book in advance. They have new ticket scanners that will stop working after your time slot ends so maximize your time there. There are plenty of lanes but it takes FOREVER to get back up only because of the crowd that gathers near the entrance to the lift. For some reason there’s nobody directing traffic at that area and people end up stopping to wait for whatever reason or grabbing their tubes. This usually causes a big delay. They also have light food, drinks and snacks on-site.

You walk yourself and the tubes up to a conveyor belt and it'll bring you up to the top
Yes and it's so fun for the kids my 7 year old never seen snow and to tie his tube to mine and fly down the hill it's a look that I will never forget.

They have restrictions for kids under 33" tall. But I noticed while I was there, if kids are accompanied by an adult, they allowed the kids to snowboard.

There is no rental in the snow tubing. But during winter season, there are many other rental shop on way to go snow tubing. So you might can rent from them.

Yes there are double tubes and there are single tubes depending on the conditions we allow multiple single tubes to be attach to each other. double tubes cannot be attached to anything the child must ride in the tube not on the parent's lap
To be completely honest with you from my experiences the best time slot is the 9am to 12pm. As time passes the groups and crowds begin to intensify. It's very hit or miss during the evening
