Yes movies starting before noon costs less by about $2. I recommend going on a Tuesday. Regal card members pay $5.65 for any movie all day. It is very easy to sign up for a regal card online or at the ticket booth.
No ...i don't recommend this theater.. make the drive down to Fredrick.. its much nicer
