They’re lucky I’m giving a full 2 stars. I’ve been with OneLife in Hagerstown since January. I would be VERY careful about the contracts you sign with OneLife, especially for personal training. They break the terms of your written and signed contract but are shocked when you demand reparations when they break the contract! My initial trainer was let go from OneLife after only 1 session with him. It took 2 weeks to hear from anyone at the club. And when I did I only heard from him once. I had a back injury at this time, and asked him to reach back out with his schedule after 2 weeks as per my physical therapist. Nothing. I heard from friends that this particular trainer was not very kind and only attentive to his other athletes during my friend’s paid sessions. I went in and gave my 30 days notice to cancel (as per my contract) and was going to give up my 12 sessions and let them run out. My PT later told me about Julie and I agreed to start working with her! She is AMAZING!! Only trainer I would work with! I would give her 10 stars if I could. But due to life changes, I did not change my mind about canceling my sessions after my initial 12, and she understood that. I was charged for an additional 2 months following my notice to cancel because the same trainer from earlier decided “I was just upset and didn’t mean to cancel my sessions” without any further discussion with me, the paying customer. The kicker…they refuse to refund me for both months. Why should I have to follow the terms of your contract but you don’t? It’s not my job to make sure your staff is keeping up with their paperwork. All in all…do your one “free session”, which is not a full session, then walk away from the personal training. The club is clean and the when not run by gym bros…it’s actually a pretty great facility. So go early in the morning if you can.

Decent gym. Ban phones and stop teenagers from standing around having coffee hour and flirting with each other while blocking all the machines half the afternoon and I’d give more stars. Other than that worth the money.

This is the perfect place to go to when you just need a break. The people, the atmosphere, the huge variety of things to do. This is exactly what the Dr ordered (peaceful and rejuvenated). The hydromassage was heavenly and you just can't beat the prices

Amazing gym, excellent staff! I walked in here to “see about” a membership because my kids wanted to swim in the pool. I walked out with a changed life. I didn’t even realize how much I needed this place. Thanks to OneLife I am so close to hitting my fitness goals, have more energy and am overall healthier & happier. The gym, pool and hot tub are always clean and sanitized which is a big deal during these times especially. I love the movie theater aspect. Working out while watching a movie is such a cool concept. They have so many classes, workout groups etc to keep you motivated. I wasn’t exactly comfortable in a gym setting when I first started (or in other gyms I have been to) but the staff here went out of their way to be encouraging and uplifting. My girls love Kids Club, and of course the Splash Pad. Truly a great place.

It does have a salt water pool, not sure about aerobic exercise classes.
Currently closed due to covid.
You probably can't cancel until your first year is up. It's in the contact.
