My steak didn't come out how I asked for it, my mother in laws sweet potato was cold, the blooming onion was super greasy, my husband asked for French dressing on his salad and it was brought out with ranch and the sweet tea was not sweet. The only positive we gad was that the kids meals were a fairly good size and my kids could've shared one instead of getting 2. All in all not a great experience and way over priced for what we experienced.

We had such a great experience at the bar. The bartender Terra was amazing and very helpful. Had some drinks and apps and everything was wonderful.

Arriving at restaurant was seated fairly quickly. Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We noticed that it seemed a bit chilly in dining area and mentioned it to the waiter, he replied that he would see what he could do. As we waited for our food , it began to get colder and colder, we had to put our coats on. Looking around the dining room there were numerous people with coats on. Customer at the table beside us asked to speak to manager and advised him to look around at all the customers dining with coats on. Food arrived in timely manner however it was Luke warm , I am assuming due to the cold temperatures in the restaurant. We ate our food and quickly left to get some heat. Always a disappointment with this restaurant. Don’t think I’ll return, not paying $100 to eat cold food in freezing restaurant. Either heat does not work or they don’t care about customer comfort!! Not giving them a chance to figure it out! Better, warmer steak houses in Hagerstown!

We as a family, my wife and kids and I that is don't go out to restaurants to dine as often as we used to since the Corona virus reared its ugly head. So it makes it all the more important to us that we have a good time together and receive good food and especially good service when dining at our favorite restaurants. This was the first time that we had ever taken our kids to outback and they loved it. My wife and I were not disappointed with our experience either. This was in large part thanks to our waitress KARA who was not only an excellent waitress and good at her job but had a wonderful attitude and was easy to talk to. It's always nice for us anyway to be able to converse with our servers because you really get to meet some cool people. Thanks outback for the tasty delicious dishes and especially thanks to KARA for a job well done an awesome time and some good welcomed conversation. Update: Second visit to Outback with my wife, kids and parents this time for my son's Birthday, his choice of places to eat. I would definitely call it another 5 star experience for sure only issue was that he wanted to be sung happy birthday and they did not do that so it was just us singing. I see a trend here that I have not been seeing with most restaurants I have been to since COVID and it's that it seems to be consistently good. The food was good, the service was good thanks to our waitress Ty. Overall good experience for our son's birthday.
