Conway Robinson is a State Forest, not a County Park. Check with MORE, the local mountain bike group, or stop by A1 Cycling or Bull Run Bicycles in Manassas. There is also a Facebook page for Conway.
Since it is a County park you could probably start with the Prince William County Park Rangers.
