Wow is all I can say! Jacob, Fernando, and Fernando from the warehouse gave me the best customer service in the world. I came in this morning looking for a camera! The camera wasn’t gonna be available until April 8th. I was very desperate & I need a camera today. These three gentlemen gave me an amazing idea to go to the other Best Buy store and get the camera. Above and beyond customer service like this is a lost art . I can’t thank The team at Best Buy in Gainesville enough! These guys definitely need a raise ! Service like this means the world to me. Going forward, anytime I need an electronic device, I’m definitely coming to the Best Buy in Gainesville. Thank you so much for supporting KassaXL! It apparently isn't possible to actually call the store. I have tried and argued all I can with the robot that answers, but it has never occurred to them that a person might have left an item at the store and wants to see if it's there. They automatically forward you to the national store and it is not possible to talk to a human except in departments they list. I guess I have to drive clear out there to talk to a human. If there are even humans who work there either.

I absolutely love the Best Buy in Gainesville VA! The staff is always super helpful and friendly, and the store is always very well kept and clean. The variety of products they offer is wonderful, I am yet to be disappointed while shopping at this location. I will continue to come here for all of my electronic and other needs. Their price match guarantee is an awesome bonus!
