5 stars because customer service has consistently been incredibly good. Managers and sales associates have always gone out of their way to solve issues -- like online ordering problems, mixups with gift cards, etc. And with so much friendliness. We'll continue to be regular shoppers here

They have much less stock in store than they used to. Very disappointing. I hope it's not because they are going to close the store, because I feel like it's coming.

I always Love randomly shopping for things in the store. But today it was empty and sparse on items. They said they weren't closing just recovering from the holidays and waiting for containerships.
