from what I understand no they are not but it doesn't hurt to ask them who knows they might make an accomadation this one time for you maybe they will tell you that they have to charge more to your stay. I say ask and see what they tell you.

There are bonded & insured pet sitters that are trained in the administration of meds as well as CPR, etc. Probably a better route.
