Yes and they will make sure you have great stay! They will text every you day while you are in the lodge to see how you are doing and to ask you if you need anything. My kids had to so much fun in there that did not want to leave 😊
Yes the are elevators to all areas
The kiddie pool, outdoor pool and wave pools are all zero entry pools. There are accessible rooms available as well.
Yes they are handicap accessible. They also have a hoist lift to get in and out of certain areas of pool.
They have an elevator, just tell them what you need and they should accommodate. I seen other people there with walkers and wheelchairs.
