Masks are required at all times in the hotel except for the water park and in your room. The capacity is limited to 50%. You get Waterpark passes for each guest that is in your room (that they know about). Day passes need to be purchased online. If you don't buy it online you might not get day passes because of the limited capacity restrictions.
We went the last week of October. It was great. Yes mask are required throughout the hotel but not in the water park. The buffet is open and it was not as crowded and there were a lot of people that reserved lofts. The only thing we though that was a little weird was they don't have bibles in the draws in their rooms. Any hotel I've gone to have bibles in the draw of each rooms.
The maximum capacity to a room is 8, if that room is available, but also what M Ortiz says.
We went the first week of November 2020 and they were at 50% capacity. Masks are required in all areas except thee water park or your room. Thee limited capacity helped keep the lines reasonable but it was far from empty.
We went last weekend and had to wear mask in public lobby and hall ways but had a great time at the water park and it wasn't too crowded
