They'll do it at the register and give you a rewards card to scan every time you shop there. I actually have a couple different Gabe's rewards cards and 1 Rugged Warehouse rewards card because I shop there so much. Once you start receiving coupons you can use them at Gabe's or Rugged Warehouse.
