Computers section has great knowledgeable employees. Actually it's the reason, I walked out with a new laptop and plan. Cellphone and TV section need help as far as attentiveness and appearance, such as leaning on equipment and gathering around with other employees while customers are browsing sections.

Just bought a new TV today. I haven't had the chance to set the TV up yet so I can't speak to that, but the customer service experience was phenomenal. I had two people helping me out, Ryne let me tell him what I'm looking for and what my budget is, and helped me find the TV that matched that without running me all over the place or trying to get me to spend more than I had, all while being very friendly and personable. After completing the purchase we discovered that it wouldn't fit in my car so I would have to leave and come back, and when I did I was helped by Versace. I ended up running him back and forth maybe three times (my own fault, not his) because I would forget something or need to change the position of the TV, but Versace was patient, helpful, and never made me feel like a bother. Both of these guys were extremely helpful, and are the reason I will probably come here first when it's finally time to upgrade my sound system!!!

The best delivery experience we have ever had. Our delivery men Javier and Franklin were very professional. I would give them a 100! They set up the range and even made sure all of the burners came on. I received email, text and personal phone call that they would be at my house in 30 min. I love my new stove!

Not sure but there are apps online that will give you money for your phone. Trade ins never give much . Better off selling it outright and taking that money to put toward your next phone !

Something I can't answer your question about sensor lights at Best Buy but what I can tell you is that if you're looking for electronics audio and video laptops flat screen TVs and they're the best at least one out and Nottingham I got a 769 dollar 4K ultra high definition 55in television for $469 because somebody cut one of the flaps with a box cutter so they gave it to me open box and knocked off 300 TV is beautiful and works great they have great deals on audio-video receivers also. Sorry about the lights but I figured I'd give you some other information that can really help you if you ever need anything like that and you didn't want to wait for Amazon or Best Buy in the mail.
