Yes, on Saturday and Sundays. The best time to go is Monday through Friday. If you decide to go on the weekend be there by 7:30 am latest. There will already be a line. The line at time starts at 3-4 am for holidays. Weekends a little later. The people sleep in the car. Great park. We try to go every 2 weeks. Have fun. Namaste

Not usually, except for Holiday weekends, like any other public place, but overall is awesome, $3 for weekdays per person and $5 weekends, for MD residents. Give it a try
