Did you find a manager and explain your concerns? Or fid you just leave in a huff? The customer needs to take an active role in good customer service, sometimes.
We were there twice everything was great. Service and burgers no higher than the others.
I went yesterday. Sucksville
Then don't go back, simple as that.
It is a new store, the service has been a bit inconsistent, pricing varies, but even 5 guy's burgers are pricey
