Yes they are however be careful because one time when we were there a guy didn't have his dog on a leash at the park. The dog jumped on a child that was attending my granddaughters birthday party. Some people don't follow the rules. Have a good time it's a great park.
Yes. It's not any different than taking your pup in public anywhere...just use common sense.
We just had a graduation picnic there and brought our dog. Yes on leash and take poo bags. The park is beautiful and staff is awesome.
