You can call Best Buy costumer service. They are very nice and will help answer your questions on possible credits.
Login in to your Best Buy Visa account. The credit should be attached to the rewards portion of your account. If you have trouble, you can always go to the store and ask them to check for you.

Go online and verify with best buy online or with credit card provider ( citibank ) Otherwise go directly to the store and the customer help desk will assist you before you make your purchase.👍
I would try calling the # on the card or customer service and asking them and they should be able to tell you if you give them your card number!
