Your typical Best Buy with all the normal electronics and accessories that you may need for your day to day life. Negatives of this specific location. The parking lot and the surrounding streets are a bit of pain to go in and out of to be quite honest. In fact this crazy lady was driving the wrong way on ONE WAY street and could have easily hit me. Not exactly the kind of experience you are expecting when picking something up. The pickup process for whatever reason is really slow here and they don't carry most items that you would find in other Best Buy locations. Could be an issue with supplier or global happenings but this has been an issue here way before COVID times. The camera section inside is a bit pitiful. They carry last generation camera bodies and the camera lens options are laughable at best ! You would think they would take advantage that there are not too many options in terms of camera stores and gear in the area. They are definitely "fumbling the bag" at this location, especially being so close to a highway. Not to mention the accessories options such as memory cards (SanDisk -terrible Co.) and tripods are very cheap minus the Manfrotto products and name brand batteries that are available. The employees are pleasant but not overly knowledgeable. If you are in a pinch it's worth checking out but I wouldn't hold my breath in terms of options and don't expect lightning fast pickup on your online order. Much faster to buy it yourself there if it's available of course. Very disappointing ! Final Verdict: 3 Stars ⭐⭐⭐

I feel like best buy is trying to get rid of their trash products in the store as they don't give you much options in store comparing to shopping online. I was there searching for a portable monitor for business travel and all I found is a cheap plastic monitor costs me around $130 with no functionality at all but a USB port for viewing (brand called AOC). of course I found more options online but I needed something quick and to see it physically to determine if it meets my requirements or not. They even didn't have a display kit for it because it obvious that no one will buy it if they saw it in display. I feel like they are pushing their customers away from buying in store to go online BUT, if you wanna do that, you have to offer same day/next day pickup not 2 weeks to get what you are looking for. Aren't you in fast pace Era with us guys?!! I'll go back to Amazon, at least they have variety of options there to select from.

Good location to go shop, but hard to find a person to help you with shopping when you have a question about a product. I see some employees just hanging out and chatting between themselves but when asked they can't help you in certain departments. It's just better to shop online at cheapest site and do your research online if you have to buy a product specially if you think a product would not need service after purchase.

Geek Squad is extremely helpful they should have no problem sorting you out
If you order something on the website for store pick-up AND it says "Available In-Store", your pickup will be ready within the hour and if it's not you can still go to the pickup counter and they will grab it for you. Best Buy will hold all store pickup orders for 2 weeks before canceling your order. source: 2+ years employee
