Don't think they cater to birthday parties.
You can always ask. Your daughter and friends will have a great time going through the aquarium. I saw lots of groups of kids! 😃
They do have an eating area but I don't think they cater to birthday parties.
Can yoi and a group go together? Sure. Not sure what you mean by "party". I doubt they will set aside a special area for you.
