Is it ACTUALLY all free to judt get into the shed and then paying for parking in February if we are an Illinois resident?

We just went for free on Thursday. Just had to show ID. As others have said there are a couple of things once inside if you want to do you have to pay for. It looks like these are the free days for February: 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-28

Most part of it, it is. Really Nice.
