Why is the manager unprofessional? He needs to customer service training.

I visited this location in sep 2019 and the steak dinner was very good.the drinks were good. I have no complaints.

Not just the Manager. I think the whole staff of that TGIF need Cudtomer service training 101..... Horrible team!!!
