The service IS TERRIBLE,I've been waiting since 5:00pm..it's5:51pm now,no ones really here (customer wise),we've reported issues to the manager but nothing has changed.Terrible Experience I do NOT recommend coming here at all

I too also had a bad experience there concerning the service time and the manager only gave excuses for the poor service. I in turn offered him some advice to ensure that customers will want to return. The only ones that seemed as if they were receiving service in a timely manner were those sitting at the bar. I have not been back since.

I never had that problem when I visit.
