We were just there Sunday. We did have to pay the $39 95 per person but all the show attractions were free except the 4D show. That was $4.95 per person. We didn't purchase food or drinks while there as we had just ate, so I can't comment on the food/drink prices. As previously stated, I do know they have free days for Illinois residents. They are listed on the website.
