It sounds like you need to adjust your counterweight to match your cartridge. If you still have the manual for your turntable it will give you a process I'm doing that or I'm sure you can search for that same information. I don't believe you will need a repair for that situation just an adjustment.
I'm sure they might direct you someplace if you call them, but I don't believe they do turntable repairs.
