I think tinctures are the ones you drink but just call them they are very helpful. I have never used them I've only use the flavored cartridges or the pods but haven't been there in awhile. I think your medical insurance should cover these costs especially if your on a fixed income it's hard to afford all the time and I live with extreme chronic pain along with severe anxiety too but good luck just call them. The one in uniontown has the best variety
