This holiday inn is new and well maintained. The manager is super helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to accommodate me after Hilton canceled my reservation and refused to help me. I am now a loyal IHG business traveler. The rooms are SUPER clean and the staff is a grat. Thank you holiday inn for saving my week long business trip from a Hilton disaster, I already booked next week's stay and I look forward to many more at this hotel. Thank you again!

The room was very clean compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. We had to ask the staff for a couple things and they were very friendly and accommodating each time. The workout area had more tha. I expected too! Multiple treadmills with individual tvs, elliptical machines, free weights and more. Good sized room too. Overall, great stay

This would definitely be a five star experience if there was enough linen in the room when we checked in. I have to tell you how many people are in the room when I book it, there should be enough linen for us to shower in the room for everyone. It's just a minor inconvenience but none the less an inconvenience when I am coming there for an out of town event. I was checking in and leaving the hotel not sticking around so it was just annoying. Other than that the location is great, room was clean and orderly, hotel was clean and staff was wonderful and accommodating. Pool was closed which was not the best but we were not really in the hotel anyway. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked at all times. Over all was a good experience.

Positive: That it was pet friendly! My furnace had gone out and we were staying there due to waiting for a part. We had our cat with us and they were so cool about everything and knowing I had 3 kids they put me next to a meeting room instead of another guest Negative: Please fix the dry cinnamon rolls at breakfast that is all!
