They have it set up so you must place your order either online or call it in. This keeps the pick up process quick and easy, avioding long waiting lines. Masks and ID are required to enter. They check-in one paitient and a time through a set of locked doors A limited amount of patients are aloud in the building at any given time. Sanitizer is placed throughout the waiting area and in pharmacy pickup. Cleanliness i would give 5 stars.
They only let a few people in at a time to mitigate exposure and ask that you sit apart from one another while you're waiting. They have their cashier's spread apart so they're not so close. Very professional and clean inside. I saw receptionist wiping counters as well.
Must wear a mask. They have hand sanitizer in the vestibule for you to use before you actually go inside. Love how there doing things to keep everyone and themselves safe.
