They have it set up so you must place your order either online or call it in. This keeps the pick up process quick and easy, avioding long waiting lines. Masks and ID are required to enter. They check-in one paitient and a time through a set of locked doors A limited amount of patients are aloud in the building at any given time. Sanitizer is placed throughout the waiting area and in pharmacy pickup. Cleanliness i would give 5 stars.

Just call and ask that's your best way. The only thing is when you call you're on the phone forever waiting maybe you'll have better luck.

We would like to help, but PA dispensaries cannot accept out-of-state medical marijuana cards for entry.

Absolutely not. No dispensary is going to let someone in the store especially claiming they want it to feel safe, when that very person could rob the place. Plus I don't feel safe going to a dispensary where patients have guns. I'm all for guns, just not at the cannabis store. I'm a 30 yr old female who has never had a problem at any dispensary in Western PA. Ask the security guard to escort you to the car if you're afraid.

Hi Jonathan. There are two public parking garages within two blocks of our dispensary: one on South Street, and one at Penn and Gallatin. Maitri will offer patients free parking at our newly repaved parking lot later this year.
